First online test, talent tree and planet map
The first test over the internet was successful. New are the main menu, the talent tree, the planet map and six kinds of minerals.
The first multiplayer test over the internet ran without disconnects; all participants shared the same progress.
New
- Online co-op: Games can be opened on the home network or over the internet. Players carry names, and host and guests must run the same version.
- Main menu: Continue, new game with a custom company name, join and settings, plus a leaderboard.
- Talent tree: 131 unlockable improvements in seven areas, presented as a star map.
- Planet map: The whole moon as a globe showing cleaning progress, locations and other players.
- Minerals: Six kinds with different values, from iron ore to sapphire.
Improved
- Base and launch pad stand on platforms that fit the moon’s cleaning areas.
- The game runs on Linux.
