New station control at the monitor, no more build times

The monitor in the hall is where tools, vehicles, upgrades and base extensions are bought. Its interface has been completely reworked.

Improved

• Categories: Tools, vehicles, upgrades, rocket, extensions, survival and endgame, each with a progress indicator.
• Tiles: Every entry shows its effect, price and required factory products. Purchased items are marked, locked entries name their requirement.
• No build times: Extensions such as the radio mast, the radar, the product input and the elevator stand at the base as soon as they are bought. The build queue has been removed.
• Stock: The station control lists the factory products in stock.
• Controls: Fully usable with mouse, keyboard and gamepad, with search.

Fixed

• The build tool could not be selected at the monitor.
